∎ Ensure full adherence to established rules and regulations of BSEC, DSE, BB, and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Knowledge about on Stock-Dealer, Stock-Broker, Authorized Representative Regulation;
∎ Should have own client base with funds to boost up the trade volume of the company.
