∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
∎ Visit Market on a daily basis at least 5 new customers, from assigned by company customers, self-prospect, and from company database also identify properly the client needs.
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers Software sales, Earn revenue, and expense Controls.
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Setting individual Software sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and Daily Visit results reporting as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
∎ Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Promote the company's image, product, and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be presentable, tech savvy and smart.
∎ Candidates must have required work experience in the same position.
∎ Skills Required: Expertise in MS Office, Good communication skills, leadership and negotiation, have to have good reporting quality, Teamwork skills, Skill to Prepare proposal, RFP, EOI.
Salary: Negotiable
