∎ Skills Required: Cloud Computing, Cloud Server, Consumer Behavior Understanding, Storage Management, Technical Sales IT Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cloud Computing, Cloud Platform, Cloud Server, Institutional Sales
Job Context:
∎ Regularly engage customers and partners and understand their requirements and pain-points and provide relevant services and solution in the area of Server, Storage and PC business.
∎ Understand Dell EMC tools & processes required to support the growing needs of the Professional services, Support and Deploy business.
∎ Understanding of VMWare Virtualization, Private Cloud and Microsoft solutions
∎ Good understanding of Server, Storage and Network based solutions
∎ Being a Services Point of contact, it is important to have understanding of Customer Care, Technical Support and Escalation management in IT industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly engage customers and partners and understand their requirements and pain-points and provide relevant services and solution in the area of Server, Storage and PC business.
∎ Understand Dell EMC tools & processes required to support the growing needs of the Professional services, Support and Deploy business.
∎ Understanding of VMWare Virtualization, Private Cloud and Microsoft solutions
∎ Good understanding of Server, Storage and Network based solutions
∎ Being a Services Point of contact, it is important to have understanding of Customer Care, Technical Support and Escalation management in IT industry.
∎ Work closely with country Core sales and various business unit sales and presale team.
∎ Drive sales team mindshare on high services value proposition throughout overall services portfolio towards positioning the company as premier solution and services player in the country.
∎ Ensure timely follow-up and qualify services up sell opportunity and follow up & engage with customer with account managers for value proposition and close deals where applicable.

∎ Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in relevant business
∎ Analytical ability and Decision Making ability

∎ Capable of working in a fast paced environment
∎ Excellent oral and written communications
