Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business expansion.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
∎ Constantly working with the team to identify difficulties within the team for smooth sales operation and meet the KPI.
∎ Monitor and analyse sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals.
∎ Oversee the Customer Service department, ensuring high-quality customer support and effective issue resolution.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
∎ Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
