Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–7 years of hands-on SEO experience.

  • Proven expertise in developing, executing, and scaling SEO campaigns.

  • Experience with Advertising Agencies, E-commerce, or Software Companies preferred.

  • Skilled in using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console.

  • Commercial understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI growth.

  • Ability to work independently on campaigns while mentoring junior team members.

The SEO Executive / Team Lead will execute hands-on SEO work while supporting strategic leadership initiatives. The role balances operational execution with team guidance, ensuring measurable SEO growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.

  • Perform keyword research, clustering, and search intent mapping.

  • Optimise landing pages, blogs, and content for SEO performance.

  • Manage local and multi-location SEO campaigns.

  • Track and report SEO KPIs, including rankings, traffic, and conversions.

  • Execute ethical link-building and digital PR initiatives.

  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader campaigns.

  • Mentor junior SEO and content team members.

  • Integrate SEO with paid lead campaigns and content funnels to maximise ROI.
