Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 24 years
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on SEO experience, preferably in Advertising Agencies, E-commerce, or Software Companies.

  • Proven record in developing and executing SEO strategies with measurable results.

  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site audits.

  • Skilled in keyword research, search intent analysis, and content optimisation.

  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.

  • Ability to lead, execute, and scale SEO campaigns.

  • Commercial understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI impact.

ChefOnline is a UK-based National Online Food Ordering Platform, recognised as a Google Partner Digital Marketing Agency, a Meta Business Partner, and a TikTok Business Partner. The company provides restaurants and takeaways across the UK with online ordering, EPoS, and digital marketing solutions.

The SEO Executive / Team Lead will combine hands-on execution with leadership duties, supporting SEO strategy development and implementation while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimise SEO campaigns across multiple websites and platforms.

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements on-site.

  • Perform keyword research, content analysis, and search intent mapping.

  • Optimise landing pages, blogs, and conversion funnels for SEO performance.

  • Manage local and multi-location SEO initiatives.

  • Track, analyse, and report on SEO KPIs including rankings, traffic, and conversions.

  • Implement ethical link-building and digital PR strategies.

  • Collaborate with development, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment.

  • Mentor junior SEO and content team members and provide guidance on best practices.

  • Integrate SEO strategies with lead generation campaigns to enhance commercial performance.
