∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and assist SME Liability Sales team members with the appropriate product, process, and risk-related knowledge;
∎ Assist in developing area / industry-based SME deposit acquisition and growth strategies;
∎ Achieve assigned deposit business target and ensure proper deposit mix to achieve profitability target;
∎ Directly interact with the Unit Head of Sales and channel partners to drive SME deposit growth of the bank;
∎ Monitor SME Liability Sales / Liability Business team through visits, meetings, MIS, and analytics, and report to respective line managers for development;
∎ Assist channels to resolve operations issues related to SME Liability;
∎ Assist SME Cash Management team to build and manage clients;
∎ Ensure periodic SME deposit projection and assist the Unit Head of Sales in following up on the progress;
∎ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily sales reports;
∎ Communicate with Business Finance and SME BI and Analytics team for reports and prepare necessary analytical reports for senior management;
∎ Strengthen relationships with all relevant stakeholders;
∎ Identify issues hindering Business Growth and communicate/propose a solution with/to relevant stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
∎ Pro-active, problem solver, and positive attitude;
∎ Be self-propelled, customer-centric, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines;
