Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the battery swapping network by persuading dealers to join the franchise
∎ Identify and pursue potential dealer partners to join the network
∎ Develop strong relationships with existing and potential partners to maximize business opportunities
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with dealers, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for the company
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
∎ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives
∎ Organize roadshows and other marketing events to attract battery partnership
∎ Design the franchise fee charging model and ensure its successful implementation
∎ Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards targets
∎ Representing the company at industry events and conferences
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related setting, preferably in the automotive or energy industry
∎ Experience with battery swapping or electric vehicle technologies a plus
∎ Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders
∎ Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO and UL
Salary: Negotiable
