Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate a pipeline of qualified buyer leads through diverse channels, including digital marketing, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

· Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Take ownership of the sales cycle to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

· Market & Inventory Presentation: Manage the end-to-end process of listing new inventory, including conducting property visits, capturing professional-grade photos and videos, and creating compelling marketing materials.

· Client Relationship Management: Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand investment goals and property requirements, presenting tailored solutions that build trust and drive sales.

· Sales & Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to target new market segments and expand our customer base.

· Strategic Presentations: Create and deliver powerful, data-driven presentations to clients, showcasing project value propositions and investment potential.

Qualifications & Experience

· Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar role within the real estate sector, with a strong focus on residential properties (flats, apartments) and land.

· A demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

· Strong understanding of the local real estate market dynamics and trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to conduct market research and develop effective business strategies.

· Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work autonomously.

· Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

· A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client and site visits.
