∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
∎ Search for New clients to achieve sales target
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
∎ Coordinate sales effort with the team members
∎ Maintaining customer relationship
∎ Follow up customers in a regular basis to convert leads from accounts

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge in MS Office and expertise in Power Point
∎ Negotiation skill is mandatory
∎ Hunger and Dedication to achieve goals - Self-motivation is a must
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Finally, extensive knowledge about agro products will be an added advantage

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
