Job Context:
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our HORECA Sales Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses. If you enjoy field sales, communication, and business development, this role is perfect for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct sales visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure proper order-taking and on-time payment collection.
- Work closely with delivery and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
