• North South University,United International University,BRAC University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (required).
• Master’s in Business Information Systems or related field (preferred).

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Female

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education consultancy (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Strong command of English and Bangla (spoken and written).
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve monthly targets.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about the education sector. You will identify business opportunities, build and maintain partnerships, and help us achieve our student recruitment goals for upcoming intakes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit students for partner universities and colleges.
• Identify and build partnerships with institutions, agents, and referral networks.
• Conduct market research to explore new regions and program opportunities.
• Attend education fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote CHS Education.
• Manage leads through CRM, follow up with students, and close enrolments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and social-media promotions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing students, parents, and partner representatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion, and revenue.
