Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to increase revenue and reach.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

• Engage with schools, coaching centers, educational institutions, and corporate partners to promote Caretutors` services.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and targets.

• Maintain relationships with existing partners and follow up for service feedback and renewal.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and outreach efforts.

• Represent Caretutors at events, fairs and networking opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients or partners.

• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, and conversion reports.

• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding performance and opportunities.
