∎ Awareness regarding the impact and significance of KYC Documents
∎ High level of Business communication skills
∎ Must possess strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Closing the leads generated by the bank's officials into Life Insurance Business
∎ Achieving annual sales target i.e. First Year Premium [FYP]
∎ Ensure collection of renewal premium from assigned banks / NBFI
∎ Maintaining a healthy and working relationship with the bank's officials and customers
∎ Providing timely support and service to the bank's officials and customers
∎ Sub Department: Business Development / Sales
∎ Reports to: Area Manager
∎ Job Purpose: Shall independently acquire and grow new business under the guidance and leadership of the area manager or Head of Business. The BSO shall engage with the appointed bank branch officials in order to achieve the overall business goals and objectives of that assigned branch.
∎ Duties & Responsibilities:
