Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Computer Science & Engineering/Software Engineering or similar.
∎ Certification in Business Analysis/ ECBA/ CSPO will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding critical business functions, needs, opportunities, and activities and enabling business outcomes through process improvements.
∎ Eliciting requirements from external or internal stakeholders by using different business analysis techniques.
∎ Conduct analysis, planning, and logical design of a software product.
∎ Responsible for creating artefacts like User Stories, BRS, SRS, FRS, user manuals, etc.
∎ Responsible for business process modelling using BPMN and UML diagramming.
∎ Validating requirements with stakeholders using prototyping techniques.
∎ Maintaining, prioritizing, and refining product backlogs.
∎ Collaboration with the technical team to make the requirements understood in detail.
∎ Review and confirm the delivery after each sprint.
∎ Conduct UAT, provide end-user training, and confirm post-implementation support for the live operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years (s) as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in a software company.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Expertise in writing User Story, BRS, FRS, and SRS is mandatory.
∎ Quite a good command over UML and BPMN
∎ A good understanding of UI/UX
∎ Accustom to any project management tool like Jira, Redmine, etc
∎ Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and board members with excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience working with cross-functional teams.
∎ Working experience with agile methodologies.
∎ Familiarity with system integration technologies like API
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
