Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overall client Communication and Interviewing, Conduct design workshop
∎ • Prepare SRS/BRS PPT (User Journey) for client to finalize business requirements
∎ • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, translate, and document people (e.g. capacity building), processes, and platforms (i.e. technology systems) requirements
∎ • Analyses, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications
∎ • Partner with business users to conduct acceptance testing
∎ • Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures
∎ • Work with Solution Architects/Developers to ensure the system solution can be feasibly implemented and satisfies business/user requirements
∎ • Document and act as the subject matter expert on business processes to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
∎ • Work within a project team to deliver incremental business value to users following an Agile methodology
∎ • Identify any potential conflicting business requirements, definition gaps, dependencies between projects and escalate to project manager to formulate a resolution plan
∎ • Support the prioritization of design requirements with the project team with an informed understanding of the impact to the organization
∎ • Maintain accurate, version controlled, documentation over the project lifecycle, which is readily available to key stakeholders, and ensure the knowledge is disseminated
∎ • Good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle
∎ • Be able to produce excellent quality Concept Note for client in order to define Solution Scope
∎ • Good knowledge on Human Centered Design, Design Thinking and produce better UX
∎ • Good knowledge on Agile System Design Methodology like User personas, User stories, Scenarios, Storyboards etc.
∎ • Good knowledge on prototyping tools to produce better quality wireframe for the end users
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
