Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing overall business KPIs of the organization.
∎ Coordinate the all process improvement initiatives to create the lean culture.
∎ Implementing the Basic Lean Tools in Production floor. (7 waste, 5S, Problem Solving & Lean Metrics.)
∎ Implementing Process Mapping for (DF to CWA) for Identifying Waste & Non-value adding activities then Eliminate wastage & reduce Non-value adding activities & went for a trial run.
∎ Worked on a Problem Solving Activities (PDCA).
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly KPI charts & reports on budgets for each department in order to monitor & report up to date progress of department & business objectives.
∎ Regular Analysis of the Production Plan.
∎ Involve in the practical implementation of 6S project.
∎ Trained Line Chief, Supervisor & Operator about basic tools of Lean.
∎ Have the ability to make power point presentation.
∎ Conduct production review meeting in daily basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Should have skill on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Should have presentation skill.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Should be sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
