Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in IT Business Analyst experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Client Management, Communication skill, IT System Management, Software Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and sketch customer needs, understand and define the problem clearly that the customer wants to solve.
∎ Develop ideas for multiple solutions independently to the specific customer needs and do brainstorm with customers to ease and minimize complexities.
∎ Core software requirements analysis using different methodologies and notations usage - prototyping, surveys, brainstorming, existing documentation analysis and competitors
∎ Decorate the problems such a way so that technical/development team understand without asking.
∎ Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) as soon as required customer need is gathered.
∎ Effectively maintain communications with stakeholders - developers, customers, end-users
Additional Requirements:
∎ Clear knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and SDLC models.
∎ Must have experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
∎ Experience in financial institutions (Banks/Insurance/capital market/foreign exchange etc.) will be given highest preference.
∎ Must have ideas for Software,Process, Product, System, and End-Users/System Users documentations.
∎ Experience in Software Proposal/Technical Proposal, RFQ and EOI will be given preference in selection criteria.
∎ Excellent neat and clean documentation skills.
∎ Hands-on experience in flow related content creation tools like Latex, Visio, Draw.IO, PowerPoint, and graphics & Video
∎ Sound Knowledge in Mock-up development, Diagram making, and Prototyping tools.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
∎ Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
Salary: Negotiable
