Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed software requirement specification (SRS), BRS, etc. business analysis document according to organizational policy.
∎ Delivering elements of system design, including data migration rules, business rules, data model, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
∎ Prepare project plan, proposal, report, and coordinate deliverables.
∎ Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.
∎ Responsible for providing technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks.
∎ Mock-up development, Diagram making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Total 5 years of experience required. (Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development & 2 years of experience as Business Analyst)
∎ High level of mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Solid understanding of the software development life-cycle.
∎ Clear understanding of OOP concept and Database objects.
∎ Logical, analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities.
∎ Hands-on experience in flow related content creation tools like Latex, Visio, Draw.IO, PowerPoint etc. and JIRA Software & Confluence.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Mock-up development, Diagram making, and Prototyping tools.
∎ Must have experience in Agile methodology.
∎ Self-development skills to keep up-to-date with fast-changing trends and their role in a commercial environment.
∎ Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
∎ Good team working and interpersonal skills required to enable working closely with staff at all levels throughout the organization, including Head of Functions and IT Personnel.
∎ Good requirement writing skills and the ability to communicate technical information and ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical people.
∎ High communication and critical thinking skills.
∎ Strong ability to work independently or as part of a team
