Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science Engineering or Bachelor/Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding business needs and finding innovative solutions to client’s requirements
∎ Design user stories
∎ Prototype design and develop SRS
∎ Communicate with client regarding requirement
∎ Ensure customer’s satisfaction in requirement collection
∎ Requirement Finalization
∎ Proper handover of finalized business requirement to Solution Development team
∎ Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
∎ Active participation in Project Sprints
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years job experience working with ERP/CRM/eCommerce product
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Analytical mindset.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
