Commercial Building Management, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities both Scheduled & unscheduled especially in the following areas:
∎ Ensure proper operations of Generator, Sub-Station, HT.LT Switch Gear, ATS etc.
∎ Electro-Mechanical operation and Water Treatment plant, Pump, Electric / Gas Geyser (hot & cool water) maintenance.
∎ Ensure proper operations of electrical equipment, Plumbing, fire system, Civil rectification works, A/C, Cleaning & Hygiene, Security and safety.
∎ Collect, analyze and check all bills / data.
∎ Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations.
∎ Source, hire, and train personnel.
∎ Monitor all personnel involved in the building operations and set weekly duty roster to cover 24X7 smooth operations.
∎ Track all material and tool expenses.
∎ Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
∎ Perform & manage emergency duty support when required by management.
∎ Coordinate others relevant department functions (i: e: maintenance & utility, civil engineering etc.)
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience managing commercial buildings.
∎ A retired defense person who has experience managing commercial buildings will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 23000 - 30000 (Monthly)
