Building Architect/Designer

1. North American wood house experienced

Seeking a talented and experienced Building Architect/Designer with expertise in North American wood house construction. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in 3D visualization, rendering, and AutoCAD, with a strong ability to conceptualize creative design ideas, documentation and presentation.

2.Experience in Local Architecture in the context of Bangladesh (Experience in institutional project will be proffered)

Seeking a talented and experienced building Architect with expertise in residential, commercial and institutional (will be preferred). The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in 3D visualization, rendering and AutoCAD, with a strong ability to conceptualize creative design ideas, documentation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts for residential projects, focusing on (1) North American wood house construction. and (2) Residential, Commercial, preferably institutional in a local context.

• Develop innovative design concepts for residential, commercial and institutional (Focusing on) projects (2)

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.

• Participate in project meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts, progress, and feedback.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to (1) wood house construction and architectural design. and (2) the trends in local Architectural industry.
