Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) from any reputed university
∎ Applicant having IEB membership will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Assist production department by reducing machine breakdown, lowering maintenance cost, lowering product cost, improving machine performance for smooth production.
∎ Overall operation of maintenance department.
∎ Designation will be fix up based on skill, ability & experience and following the Company rules.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and supervise the entire maintenance operations.
∎ Follow-up all activities of non-worker subordinate.
∎ Provide all sort of logistic support to production line.
∎ Estimate & manage spare parts by reviewing present & forecasted plan.
∎ Coordinating PEP, Innovation and other activities.
∎ Follow-up & guide electrician to accomplish electrical safety issues.
∎ Performs other related maintenance and administrative work as required to higher management.
∎ Plan & organize training session to upgrade mechanic skill.
∎ Maintain MMS system
∎ Maintain SAP system
∎ Reporting maintenance related issues to senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Basic knowledge of machine used in garment manufacturing / Footwear industries
∎ 05 to 08 years experience in the relevant field will be given preference
∎ Good communication skill & ability to lead a technical team.
∎ Having Knowledge of Alliance / Nirapon will be an advantage
∎ Adequate knowledge in PC & commonly used engineering software.
