∎ Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and general inquiries.
∎ Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
∎ Participate in live video presentations, product reviews, and software demonstration videos.
∎ Deliver voiceovers for promotional or instructional content.
∎ Maintain a smart, presentable appearance suitable for live or recorded sessions.
∎ Provide admin and operational support to the office and HR team.
∎ Assist in online marketing and client communication.
∎ Help organize office supplies, meetings, and internal schedules.
∎ Coordinate with the design and development teams as needed.
∎ Job Context: We are seeking a smart, confident, and media-savvy female Office Executive to manage both front desk operations and assist with online content presentation for our IT/software company. The ideal candidate should be presentable, have a pleasant voice, and be comfortable in front of the camera for social media content, software reviews, and video ads.
