Responsibilities & Context:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that services are delivered according to the client’s expectations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions for clients
- Prepare regular reports on client feedback, business performance, and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
