∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Must have completed professional training in Digital Marketing from a recognized IT institute (e.g., CodersTrust, Creative IT, BITM, Shikhbe Shobai, etc.)
∎ Must have completed at least 1–2 freelance projects on online marketplaces (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork, PeoplePerHour) — provide screenshots, links, or proof
∎ Basic understanding of Google and Facebook Ads setup & audience targeting
∎ Must be eager to learn, take initiative, and work in a result-driven environment
∎ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
∎ Candidates with passion for SEO, email marketing, or eCommerce marketing will be preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
∎ Support SEO tasks including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink outreach
∎ Help manage email marketing campaigns and newsletter preparation
∎ Work with Google Ads and Facebook Ads teams to monitor and optimize campaigns
∎ Collect and analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
∎ Assist in creating content for blogs, product pages, and social platforms
∎ Conduct competitor research and market analysis
∎ Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visuals and ad copy
∎ Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices
