Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the earliest member of REHAB in Bangladesh for quality in service, design and construction of buildings. Over the years, we have expanded our operations from Dhaka to Chattogram. The private limited company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company is also part of a group of companies which also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ The person hired for this position will be responsible for overall leadership and coaching of internal and external clients through the brand /packaging design process. Key leadership role in bringing successful brand / packaging solutions to life, from Initial research and concepting through the artwork production process. Independently leads major new design programs, redesign programs or continuous improvement projects within the assigned business or function. Independently and proactively manages and leads multiple design projects. Manages external production agency resources, builds relationships, and proactively resolves design challenges. A word of Advice: The main objective for hiring the above mentioned position Is for re-branding our products like Cement, water tank, Pipe & Fittings, Sink, Gas stove water pump & foundry, House hold items, Shipping, Real estate sector etc. In addition, the incumbent will be playing a significant role for developing our group website as well. This is a major opportunity for any brand executive to have a serious impact on a company`s brand image.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.
∎ Identify product concept & positioning to develop messaging and creative strategies
∎ Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align to the ethos and goals of the brand.
∎ Establish consumer insights and deep knowledge of segment perceptions, habits and barriers to purchase
∎ Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
∎ Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
∎ Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
∎ Regularly collect and review consumer feedback, industry best practices and market conditions to develop actionable marketing insights
∎ Presenting the brand strategy to BOD and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
∎ Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
∎ Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
∎ Set, monitor and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual brand revenue goals.
∎ Constantly monitor and measure campaign performance for continual testing and optimization.
∎ Maintain brand identity and consistency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years' experience in brand or product management as creative head.
∎ Strong project management skills.
∎ Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
∎ Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
∎ Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities.
∎ Extensive experience in packaging design and retail display creation.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired, company may offer higher compensation package than indicated above to acquire candidate`s services for full-time employment.
