Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Organized and Disciplined, team work
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and plan marketing strategies for the assigned brands.
∎ Assist in planning and implementing ATL, BTL & Digital marketing activities.
∎ Monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, editorial approval, and joint promotion with media partners and third parties.
∎ Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanisms, special offers, in-store displays, and POS materials.
∎ Assist in planning, monitoring, and reviewing the marketing budget.
∎ Assist in planning and executing new product launches.
∎ Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns by working with various digital agencies.
∎ Collaborate with the social media team for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms.
∎ Assist in content creation, design, and copywriting for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.
∎ Measure/Monitor and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Have good knowledge on using Microsoft Office
∎ Pursuing (Preferably last semester) or completion of a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred.
∎ The ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
∎ A creative mind and innovative approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
∎ A strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics..
∎ A team player who can work well with others and contribute to the success of the team.
