Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create visually stunning and impactful designs that resonate with our clients and audience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create eye-catching and original designs for various digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, and more.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with our brand strategy.
∎ Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and ensure that they are on par with industry standards.
∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and strategies for client projects.
∎ Attend team meetings and present work to the team for feedback and revisions.
∎ Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and relevance to the project.
∎ Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
∎ 1/2 years of experience in related field (motion design is a plus)Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
∎ Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
∎ Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn.
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
∎ Knowledge of web design and interactive media is a plus.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
