Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Sr. Executive in (Activation & Event) to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional events and activation campaigns. As a Senior Executive in Activation & Event, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing events and activation campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop comprehensive activation strategies for both university and corporate sectors.
∎ Identify opportunities for growth and engagement within the target audience.
∎ Create data-driven plans to achieve specific goals and objectives.
∎ Lead and execute activation campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of activation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective content.
∎ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
∎ Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for activation projects.
∎ Collaborate and manage Brand Promoter (BPs) to ensure successful execution of activation plans.
∎ Continuously assess the effectiveness of content and materials and make improvements when necessary.
∎ Ensure the quality and relevance of all content and materials.
∎ Oversee the creation and development of content and materials necessary for activation.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
∎ Proven experience 2 years (Agency background preferred).
∎ Embrace a positive mindset when approaching field work, and perform tasks spontaneously with enthusiasm and dedication.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms and social media advertising.
∎ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
∎ Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
