Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
∎ Drive innovation and creativity in marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
∎ Implement and oversee the execution of marketing strategies.
∎ Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing practices.
∎ Staying updated with industry trends and leveraging digital platforms to optimize the

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
∎ Proven experience 3 years or more in Digital Marketing, Marketing Agency with a strong understanding of planning and strategy.
∎ Expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.
∎ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
∎ Excellent understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
∎ The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
∎ Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
∎ Excellent communication and project management and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
