Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation, preferably in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics, from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all daily financial reports are done accurately and on timely basis
∎ Monitoring service quality by using excellent customer service skills
∎ Ensure day to day operational activities (cash operation, account maintenance etc.) in branch
∎ Provide guidance and insights to Branch Members to achieve Branch Business target and also contribute business at individual level to meet set targets as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
∎ Upholding compliance of the branch by following standards set by the bank and central bank
∎ Govern & Manage Regulatory & Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Framework prescribed by Central Bank, NBR, BFIU and other government stakeholders
∎ Ensure that any or all expenses for the branch are processed as per policy and with due diligence
∎ Keep good relationship and support colleagues in all matter by maintaining high levels of motivation amongst employees by acting as a team player
∎ Act as the Branch In-Charge in absence of Branch Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience, candidates in relevant role will get preference
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill
∎ Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
∎ Thorough knowledge of MS Office package
∎ Ability to work under stress and adaptive to changes
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
