Responsibilities & Context:
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of the branch.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of staff (e.g., hair stylists, beauticians, Health & Beauty Management).
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and drive branch profitability.
- Manage stock, control inventory, and place supply orders efficiently.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Strong proficiency in customer service and sales management.
- Proven ability in team leadership and management.
- Proficient in computer operations, especially MS Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
