Experience:
We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and service oriented female ‘Branch Manager’ for our ‘Beauty Training Institute’ to lead her responsible branch, drive business growth and ensure exceptional client/student experiences. The ideal candidate need to be passionate about the beauty industry, possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record as a Managerial/Coordinator/In-charge role, optimizing sales and maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
Office Hour: 09:30AM to 06:30 only for Friday and Saturday.
10:00 AM to 07:30 PM for others 04 days.
Working days: 06 days in week (Work at office).
Job Location: Dhaka (Farmgate).

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning;
Maintain inventory levels, manage supplies, and ensure equipment is well-maintained;
Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards;
Train, mentor, and manage staff, including beauty therapists, aestheticism, receptionists, and support personnel;
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment;
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback;
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability;
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities;
Ensure all clients receive outstanding service and a personalized experience;
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally;
Gather client feedback to improve services and satisfaction continuously;
Manage the branch’s budget, monitor expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency;
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and profitability;
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and financial reconciliation;
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the branch through local events, social media, and partnerships;
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and communities to enhance brand visibility;
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations;
Maintain records and licenses as required by industry standards and local laws.
Probation Period: 06 month;
Increment: Yearly & Based on performance;
Bonus: Twice a year (after complete the probation Period of 06 month).
