∎ Prime Insurance Company Ltd. is the first ISO 9001:2015-certified well-reputed second-generation non-life Insurance Company in Bangladesh having 40 branches in the key points all of over the country. Prime established in 1996 and listed with Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. & Chattogram Stock Exchange Ltd. in the year 2001. The Company is going to launch a digital insurance product very soon. Credit rating of the Company is "AA+" (Pronounced Double A Plus) for the year 2023 which indicates the high claims-paying ability & strong financial position, having a unique corporate & congenial working environment with a 100% online system is looking for ambitious, confident, highly motivated, and energized individuals for appointment in the above position:
∎ Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
∎ Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
∎ Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans
∎ Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
∎ Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
∎ Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
∎ Capable for build-up relationship with Bankers & Clients.
∎ Reporting the branch performance and compliance of regulatory requirements
∎ Pricing the product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years' practical working experience of non-life Insurance Companies in the Development Division having capacity for business procurement & well connection with various business houses.
∎ Skills: Technical knowledge in insurance policy, cover note and product pricing including underwriting and re-insurance matter.
∎ Proven experience as an insurance Marketing and sales
∎ Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, Marine, miscellaneous.
∎ Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
∎ Goal-oriented
∎ Excellent skills in communication and presentation
