Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree (Preference will be given who obtained Master Degree).

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and administer all Branch level MF staff to build up a team for effective and smooth MF Operation.
∎ Prepare annual Plan of Operation and Financial Plan in consultation with Microfinance organizers and Area Manager (MF)/ Regional Manager (MF).
∎ Monitor progress of savings and credit operation and ensure 100% achievement against the target set in the annual Plan of Operation.
∎ Arrange meeting and review staff performance each and every week/ month and analyze the productivity staff wise and take action as appropriate in consultation with Area Manager(MF)/ Regional Manager(MF).
∎ Ensure formation and organize/ re-organize groups as per annual Plan of Operation.
∎ Provide close follow-up and intensive supervision to groups and staffs to ensure timely movement of staffs and on time realization of loan.
∎ Ensure to provide regular savings and credit related transaction vouchers to Accountant/ Accounts Officer (MF) for smooth recording, accounting and reporting,
∎ Ensure 100% records checking of one group everyday and arrange reconciliation among various records time to time.
∎ Provide assistance to activate the inactive MF groups to regularize their participation in the microfinance operation and also ensure the realization of past dues.
∎ Responsible to mobilize savings and to ensure group meeting as per policy.
∎ Ensure proper record keeping both at group and Branch office level of all savings and credit related transaction and preserve records properly and in safe custody.
∎ Guide and assist staffs to select potential beneficiaries and keep track on proper loan disbursement including verification and scrutiny of 100% loan proposal to ensure loan collection as per repayment schedule and to control delinquency and to resolve any statutory problem in the field.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of fund and act as custodian of credit & savings fund kept at Branch level.
∎ Ensure sustainable microfinance operation with above 100% financial self-sufficiency.
∎ Ensure deposition of loan and savings money collected by the concerned staff to bank account.
∎ Handle internal and external audit as per RDRS policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare credit and savings performance reports as required for effective credit operation and also ensure all over reports of MF Operation as desired by the higher management and donor agencies.
∎ Ensure primary selection of beneficiaries and also to send finally selected participants to training center as designed in different bi-lateral project or in core program.
∎ Ensure participation of staffs in training/ workshop/orientation for staff's capacity development.
∎ Perform staff appraisal periodically as instructed.
∎ Ensure support and motivation for staff development.
∎ Maintain and ensure continual positive working environment.
∎ Maintain liaison with other sector/department staffs and other related agencies in connection with smooth microfinance operation.
∎ Carry out any other related duties as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years working experiences in Microfinance program operation including one year experience as Branch Manager (MF).

Salary:
∎ Tk. 27119 (Monthly)
∎ During probation period salary will be Tk. 27,119/-After confirmation salary will be Tk. 28,512/-
