Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to procure all types of non-life insurance business as per standard.
∎ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
∎ Responsible for develop calculations, financial objectives and business plans.
∎ Responsible for fulfill yearly branch targets and earning premium as well as.
∎ Responsible for manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
∎ Bring out the best branches personal by providing training, coaching and development and motivation.
∎ Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective action that meet challenges and influence growth opportunities.
∎ Share knowledge with other branches of the company and head office also on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
∎ Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
∎ Follow to high proper standards, and comply with all regulations of IDRA/applicable laws by Insurance act 2010.
∎ Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
∎ Stay up-to-date of challenging markets and provide reports on market movement and perception.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven Branch management experience, as a Branch Manager or similar role.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of modern communication techniques and best practices.
∎ Ability to meet yearly sales target.
∎ Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Result driven and customer focused.
Salary: Negotiable
