Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree in Accounting will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate business transactions.
∎ Build and maintain customer relationships, execute sales and complete administrative duties, such as document preparation, and follow-up with customers.
∎ Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage and supervise the team, take ownership and drive the business with foresight.
∎ Assess Customer Need
∎ Must be knowledgeable in regards to DSE, being able to answer any customer questions, advise customers and guide them toward a financial instrument that fits their needs.
∎ Be able to discuss about a listed company articulately and accurately.
∎ Expected to continue update their knowledge about listed companies and macroeconomics factors.
∎ Providing excellent customer service is integral to the Broker role.
∎ Creating potential customer and client relationships
∎ Collaborating with other departments to provide recommendations for the improvement of customer experience

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Preparing and completing all the necessary documentation and paperwork for the sale
∎ Ensuring all aspects of the brokerage process run smoothly
∎ Demonstrating a solid understanding of business and listed companies
∎ Must be experienced in Brokerage or sales
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skill
∎ Must have strong communication skill; in English & Bengali
∎ Must be Intelligent and quick learner
∎ Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
∎ Enthusiastic, persuasive and likable
