Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the operations of a flagship outlet for a prominent foreign lifestyle and wellness brand. The Branch Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving store performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires expertise in personal care, beauty, and wellness products, coupled with strong leadership and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee store operations including sales, staff scheduling, stock management, and compliance with brand standards.
Provide expert knowledge on personal care, beauty, and wellness products to guide customer choices and enhance sales.
Ensure premium store presentation, merchandising standards, and brand-aligned visual displays.
Track and analyze store performance metrics (sales, customer feedback, inventory levels) and take corrective actions where needed.
Manage inventory flow, including ordering, replenishment, and minimizing stock loss.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Implement brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional activities within the store.
Train and develop store staff, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
