Educational Requirements:
∎ • HSC (Vocational) or Higher
∎ • Diploma (Vocational)
∎ • Must have class-1 boiler certificate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Operate the Boiler and in addition to operating the boiler, have to operate a steam driven machine & steam line.
∎ • Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring equipment and adjusting levels as necessary.
∎ • Maintain systems by scheduling regular inspections, cleanings, filter replacement and all other tasks necessary.
∎ • Ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to suspend operations and repair the problem.
∎ • Create properly documented records of monitoring, maintenance routines and repairs.
∎ • Other assigned work from the management.
∎ • Observes boiler units to detect malfunctions and makes repairs, such as changing burners and tightening pipes and fittings.
∎ • May test and treat boiler feed water, using specified chemicals or Apparatus
