Responsibilities & Context:
Start, monitor, and shut down husk-fired (or other fuel-based) boilers.
Maintain steam pressure and temperature as per process requirements.
Check gauges, meters, and control panels for boiler performance.
Record daily logs of pressure, temperature, fuel, and water levels.
Operate according to safety guidelines and statutory boiler regulations.
Test safety valves, pressure gauges, and other safety devices.
