Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology/ Clinical and Counseling Psychology.
∎ Bachelor of Science in Psychology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bringing psychological bridging between business, marketing and sales strategies;
∎ To provide valuable insight into the sales professional so that customers make the decision to buy;
∎ To understand current behavior states to enhance or improve desired behavior;
∎ To support and council new employees as and when required;
∎ To conduct organizational behavior evaluations to identify areas of improvement;
∎ To monitor employee performance and response to training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
∎ Need to have a good grasp of psycho psychological principles.
∎ To understand consumer behavior.
∎ Proficient in MS Office; e-learning software.
∎ Critical thinking and decision making.
