Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Walton Plaza is the leading Electrical and Electronics retail sales network in Bangladesh. We are looking for dynamic,result oriented and self-motivated candidates for Sales Team. This is a trainee position. After Completing the training programme he / she will be assigned as a Branch Manager of any Walton Plaza.Undertake shop administration duties such as managing shop budgets, updating financial records, monitor inventory levels, order new items, manage the assets of the plaza (showroom), etc. Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the plaza (showroom) are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, and controlling expenses. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Make sure the shop is meeting the targets and earning profits. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand shop traffic, and enhance profitability.
