• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 21 to 35 years

• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask (minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of these frameworks)

• Strong knowledge of Docker (mandatory) and experience with Kubernetes (preferred)

• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design principles

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., PyTest)

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using FastAPI, Django, or Flask

• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices

• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver complete solutions

• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions

• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through testing and debugging

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
