Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in industrial control systems, particularly DCS and PLC platforms
Strong understanding of Automation Control Logic, Electrical SLD, System and Network architecture, Control Panel GA and wiring diagrams including power distribution and earthing.
Ability to read and understand P&ID diagrams, open- and closed-loop processes.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP and Modbus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of Windows Server operating systems.
Proficient communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
PSDC is engaged in Distributed Control Systems Projects in thermal power plants in Bangladesh. We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of following:
● Install, configure, and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) at customer sites.
● Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for control system-related issues.
● Conduct regular maintenance and system health checks for clients.
● Support integration and communication between control systems and other industrial networks.
● Collaborate with overseas partners’ engineering and project teams for control system upgrades or new installations.
● Provide training and technical support to end-users and maintenance teams.
● Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service logs.
● Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
