We are looking for an Automation Officer for IT department for a Multinational Sweater manufacturing facility located in Ashulia. The ideal candidate will be responsible to support the development, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions across business processes. The role focuses on leveraging tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), scripting, and low-code platforms to drive operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization. Leads the strategic integration of digital technologies and automation solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. The executive is responsible for developing and executing digital transformation roadmaps, collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to understand current processes and identify process automation opportunities.

• Automating tasks, streamlining workflows, and optimizing processes to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy.

• Document as-is and to-be process flows.

• Enabling the organization to respond quickly to market changes and customer needs by adopting agile methodologies and flexible technologies.

• Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions.

• Assist in training end-users and preparing user manuals.

• Provide timely updates and reports on automation projects to stakeholders.
