∎ Masters /MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling various classes of re-insurance arrangement.
∎ Maintaining Monthly and quarterly bordereaux submission process for various insurance classes.
∎ Maintaining re-insurance accounts.
∎ Preparing re-insurance statistics for treaty (proportional & non-proportional).
∎ Coordinating treaty negotiation with the reinsurers / brokers (proportional & Non-proportional).
∎ Handling claim recovery from re-insurers and reconciling the same with the claims department and accounts department.
∎ Managing facultative re-insurance for various classes of insurance.
∎ Maintaining relationship with re-insurers & brokers and communicating effectively.
∎ Providing re-insurance training to the related Executives.
∎ Assisting the Chief of the re-insurance as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years experience in the field of Non-Life Re-Insurance Business.
∎ Hardworking, honest & straight forward.
∎ Proactive & willing to take challenge.
∎ Excellent in MS-Office, Excel.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Detail oriented and able to understand & follow instructions in right perspective.

Salary: Negotiable
