Experience:

• Diploma in Civil

• Diploma (Civil) from reputed public Polytechnic institute.

• Age At most 35 years

• Working experience in textile related Industrial projects will be given preference. Extra credit will be given for working in EPZ/Economic Zone.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership to work and handle contractor/ contractor`s work force, site safety and security.

• Person lacking experience in the field mentioned in Job responsibility need NOT APPLY.

• Working experience in LEED project will be given extra credit.

• The Management of a reputed Group of Companies engaged in manufacturing and exporting of garments is looking for a Qualified, Experienced and Dynamic Diploma Engineer in the post of "Asstt. Site Engineer (Civil)" for its under construction platinum LEED factory.

• To monitor and supervision of the construction work of under construction factory building and its maintenance.

• Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the relevant field of civil construction of RCC industrial buildings.

• Should have knowledge to understand and read drawings.

• Must know the CAD operation.

• Must know to find BOQ from the drawings and prepare cost estimate.

• Should have capacity to identify problem during construction and suggest appropriate solution to his senior Engineer.
