∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing OS and configuring user computer systems(Windows,MAC)
∎ Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Scanner, all kinds of printer (laserjet, inkjet, dot printer ) issues.
∎ Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
∎ Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues (Office., tally software, printer, scanner software), and networking problems.
∎ Have to know installation operating system,backup, restore
∎ Projector setup when required.
∎ If required have to manage IT procurement from local vendor, collect IT product from local vendor and submit and required location or vice versa.
∎ Tracking and managing work records.
∎ Good knowledge of file sharing and CPU troubleshooting and finding the solution
