Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description / Responsibility
∎ • To implement Social Compliance as the major objective.
∎ • Prepare the Environmental Management System (EMS) documents as per the Environmental Compliance requirements.
∎ • To coordinate with compliance team to improve day to day Environmental Management system.
∎ • To develop a continuing improvement system for all Environment requirements.
∎ • To monitor all policies and procedures regarding EMS.
∎ • To improve awareness of the workforce and safety of the Plant & Personnel as per Company and Government guidelines.
∎ • Management of hazardous waste program including receipt, classification, storage & disposal in compliance with all applicable regulation.
∎ • Training on Chemical handling & Environmental awareness among the staffs & workers.Any other task will be assigned by the Management.
∎ • Work With H &M, Primark, TAKKO, Phulki, Fair Wear & Etc.
∎ • Maintain all chemical and environment document as per buyer COC.
∎ • Maintain all chemical MSDS and TDS as per buyer requirement.
∎ • Maintain all types EMS document.Work experience with OCS, RTS, GOTS, HIGG FEM-3, SLCP & ZDHC E-cube program.
∎ • Ensure factory compliance all area of local labor standard. Work safety environmental protection at factory premise.
∎ • Experience with environment, chemical, social and technical audit face.
∎ • Provide PPE, OHS, EHS, waste handling, water saving, energy saving and others awareness training for all employers.
∎ • Maintain environment and chemical audit CAP as per buyer requirement.
∎ • Hazardous waste analysis and maintain continue.
∎ • Prepare the Environmental Management System (EMS) documents as per the Environmental Compliance requirements.
∎ To monitor all policies and procedures regarding EMS. To improve awareness of the workforce and safety of the Plant & Personnel as per Company and Government guidelines.
